JUDGMENT

This Writ Petition was filed by the petitioner, who was undergoing B.Com Degree course 2009-10 in S.S. College, Poothotta. He has approached this court in this writ petition th respondent seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 4 Principal to permit him to continue his studies for B.Com degree course based on Ext.P3 community certificate. 2.

By order dated 14.01.2008, this court passed an th respondent to permit the petitioner interim order directing the 4 to continue his studies based on Ext.P3 community certificate,

pending disposal of the writ petition. 3.

Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner has not availed any monetary benefits under Ext.P3 community certificate for completing his studies and in such circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the same can be closed.
