The petitioner was before this Court claiming D.C.R.G and CVP due to the petitioner on his retirement from the K.S.R.T.C. Neither the Counsel for the petitioner nor the Counsel for the respondent Corporation is present and it is not clear as to whether the same has been paid or not. In any event, if any subsisting grievance exists, the petitioner could approach the authority or even approach this Court.
