J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in valuing the answer scripts of the petitioner in the examination taken by her in the 4th semester B.Sc.Computer Science (CCSS UG) Examination (Supplementary) held in April, 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent university.

The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, would submit that the valuation has already been started and they would be in a position to announce the results in the mid of October.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent university to adhere to the time schedule as stated above and to complete the

valuation and to publish the results within the aforesaid time schedule. However, considering the urgency pointed out by the petitioner, it shall be open to the petitioner to apply for the confidential mark list immediately after the tabulation is over.
