JUDGMENT
Exts.P4,P5 and P6 are said to be pending before the 3rd respondent. The petitioner, by the said application and Annexures, seeks for approval of his Managership of the aided School, Ayyappan Memorial L.P. School, Perinjanam,.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits on instructions that, there is an objection received. In any event, it is only proper that, the petitioner's application be considered and orders passed, if necessary, after hearing the objector. In the said circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, making it clear that orders shall be passed at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and the objector.
