J U D G M E N T

The petitioner challenging conditional order in stay application in appeal has approached this Court. Considering the nature of the order passed, this Court is of the view that there is no infirmity with the order as it is supported with reasons. However, the petitioner is permitted to discharge the amount ordered for stay, in two equal monthly instalments. The first of which shall be paid on or before 25.08.2015 followed by similar instalment to be effected on or before 25.09.2015. The petitioner shall abide by all other conditions. This writ petition is disposed of.
