JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of the petitioner, he has approached the 1st respondent through Ext.P6 revision petition and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
