JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the denial of approval to her appointment as UPSA, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 revision in terms of Rule 8A of Chapter XIV A of KER, before the 2nd respondent and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
