JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is the manager of a school, is aggrieved by Ext.P3 order passed by the 3rd respondent. In the writ petition it is stated that, against Ext.P3 order, he has preferred Ext.P4 revision petition before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
