JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is stated to be the owner of a saw mill viz. Revathi Industries in Thuravoor Grama Panchayat in Alappuzha District, has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus nd respondent to dispose of Ext.P2 application for commanding the 2 licence submitted under the Kerala Forest (Regulation of Saw Mills and other Wood Based Industrial Units) Rules, 2012. 2.
I heard the learned counsel for petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.
Considering the fact that Ext.P2 application submitted by nd respondent, the petitioner is pending consideration before the 2 nd respondent to this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2 consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
