JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in considering Ext.P3 application for renewal of dealers licence. In view of the above, appropriate decision shall be taken by the first respondent on Ext.P3 within one month in accordance with the Rules. If the Rules do not insist for opinion or No Objection Certificate from the District Collector or the District Police Chief, the first respondent shall not insist for opinion or NOC. If the opinion has already been sought from respondents 2 and 3, they shall forward the opinion/NOC to the first respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before respondents 1 to 3 for compliance.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
