JUDGMENT

This Court, by judgment dated 18.6.2015 rendered in a batch of writ petitions [W.P.(C).No.3060/2014 and connected cases] dealing with the grant of up-gradation/recognition under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, [hereinafter referred to as the 'RTE Act'], disposed the writ petitions by issuing certain directions to the State Government with regard to its compliance with its obligations under the RTE Act. This writ petition will also be governed by the directions issued in the said judgment. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed following the judgment dated 18.6.2015 in W.P.(C).No.3060/2014 and connected cases.
