JUDGMENT

Challenge in the writ petition was against Ext.P7 order of the first respondent seeking to cancel Ext.P6 dealer's licence issued to the petitioner. The term of Ext.P6 dealer's licence was till 31.03.2013 and the interim stay granted by this Court also expired on 31.03.2013. Thereafter, the stay is not seen extended. Nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
