J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection inter alia alleging that 5th respondent along with certain other persons have trespassed into the house where his wife and son are living, alleging that the petitioner owes some amount to the 5th respondent. Petitioner submits that he did not borrow any amount from any person and he is unnecessarily being threatened by the 5th respondent. Though he has given Ext.P1 complaint, no action has been taken by the police and hence he has approached this Court.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that Ext.P1 complaint was received by post on 17/08/2015 and when the police tried to contact the petitioner, the address shown was insufficient. Even the address of the persons mentioned as accused was insufficient to contact.

Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, we do not think that a direction, as sought for, can be issued in this writ petition. We only observe that if the petitioner approaches the police with all the necessary details, the police shall look into the matter and do the needful.
