JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a Counter Assistant under the respondent Board, is aggrieved by Ext.P3 order of transfer, and seeks a transfer to a nearby temple. In this connection, he has preferred Ext.P4 representation before the 2nd respondent and in the writ petition, the limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the said representation, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Board would submit that the representation of the petitioner ought to be addressed to the 1st respondent Board, as it is the 1st respondent Board that has to take a decision on the representation. Taking note of the said submission, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent Board to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

-2W.P.(C). No. 25224 of 2015 judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, together with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent for further action. Sd/- A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE das
