J U D G M E N T
It has been reported that the two persons, namely Ravikumar Reddy and Jayaprakash, who were involved in the crime are accused in several criminal cases in Andra Pradesh and cases against them were registered at the Secundarabad Police Station. They are absconding in all the cases and warrants are pending against them. It seems that the investigating officer has made arrangements with the Secundarabad Police to inform about the arrest of those accused so that their custody can be obtained in this case also. It seems that the investigating officer is taking earnest efforts in continuing with the investigation. Let the investigation continue. With a direction to the investigation team to have an expeditious investigation in the matter under the supervision of
W.P.(C) No.25234 of 2015 -:2:- the 5th respondent, this Writ Petition is closed at present. In case of any further grievance, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court again.
