J U D G M E N T

The petitioner had approached the District Collector, first respondent under clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order. Ext. P2 is the application.

The petitioner claims that land situated in Survey No.204/1 of Cherukavu Village is a converted land before Act 28 of 2008. The petitioner's application under clause 6, shall be considered by the District Collector after verifying the draft data bank. If the property is not treated as a paddy or wet land, under the Act 28 of 2008, the application shall be considered in accordance with law, for utilizing other purposes in terms of clause 6 of the Land Utilization order. Needful shall be done within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
