J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit pending issue of regular permit.

Heard both sides.

This Court, by interim order dated 19.08.2015, directed the respondent to consider Ext.P2 request for temporary permit and to issue positive orders on the same within a period of two weeks if the same is otherwise in order in the light of the forthcoming Onam festival.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that temporary permit has not been issued for the reason that the timings have not be settled.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing
W.P.(C) No. 25248 of 2015 ..2..
the respondent to settle the timings within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If there is no objection from any quarters, temporary permit, as ordered, shall be granted with the timings proposed by the petitioner.
