J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to respondents 5 and 6 in view of the judgment being passed today.

Petitioner's case is that she has obtained an interim injunction in O.S.No.211/2015 against respondents 5 and 6. It is, however, submitted that respondents 5 and 6 have trespassed into the petitioner's building and created disturbance with regard to which petitioner has filed a complaint.

Learned State Attorney, on instructions, submits that after receiving the complaint from the petitioner, respondents 5 and 6 were called at the police station and they were warned not to create any law and order problem. It is submitted that police authorities shall take appropriate action, if any law and order situation arises.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned State Attorney, this writ petition is closed.
