JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the denial of salary to her, for work done as a Lower Grade (Hindi) Teacher for the period from 15.07.2004 to 31.05.2005, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P5 revision petition before the 1st respondent and the limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ
