J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is seeking a direction against the respondent university for an expedite revaluation of his answer scripts for the 6th semester B.Tech supplementary examination held in April 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent university.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent university, on instructions, submitted that the university would be able to publish the results by the end of November, 2015.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent university to adhere to the time schedule as stated above and to complete the revaluation and to publish the results within the aforesaid

However, considering the urgency pointed out by the petitioner for joining the higher degree, it shall be open to the petitioner to apply for the confidential mark list immediately after the tabulation is over. In the event of submitting such an application, if it is otherwise in order, the same shall be honoured by the respondent university without fail.
