JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the petitioner has not been paid the amounts due as per the judgment at Annexure R1(a). The petitioners in Annexure R1(a) judgment has also filed a contempt from the above judgment. It is submitted that the petitioner is suffering from physical ailments, for which treatment is required and the petitioner needs money urgently.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would submit that the amounts due to the various employees are being paid in accordance with Annexure R1(a) judgment and the petitioner's seniority as of now is 93.

3. In such circumstances, it may not be proper for this Court to deviate from the directions in Annexure R1(a) judgment.

No.25339 of 2015 However, considering the ailments projected and need for constant medical treatment, it is directed that the respondent Corporation shall pay 25% of the total amounts due to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
