Dated this the 19th day of August, 2015 J U D G M E N T Aggrieved by the denial of approval on scale of pay basis to his appointment as a Part-time Arabic teacher, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 revision petition before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition expeditiously after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition preferred by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
