JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the registered owner of Bus No.KL-07 AT1010. The only prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner may be permitted to clear the arrears in instalments and the respondent may be directed to receive the current quarter. 2.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the tax arrears is Rs.1,18,575/- from 1.7.2014 to 31.3.2015. In view of the above, if the petitioner remits 1/3rd of the arrears, the respondent shall accept the current quarter from the petitioner and he may be permitted to discharge the balance in seven equal monthly instalments starting from the month of October, 2015.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
