JUDGMENT
Petitioners availed a housing loan from the respondent Bank. The only prayer of the petitioners is that they may be permitted to clear the overdue amount and the respondents may be directed to regularize the account.
2.
Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the overdue amount is around Rs.67,000/-. Considering the above, the petitioners are permitted to clear the overdue amount in three instalments along with regular EMI from the month of September, 2015 onwards. If the petitioners clear the overdue amount, the respondents shall regularize the account. If the petitioners commit default in remitting anyone of the instalments, the respondents are free to proceed against them in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
