J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the first respondent by Ext.P2 seeking permission to utilise land for other purposes under clause (6) of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order. 2.

It is admitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the land is not included in the draft data bank either as a paddy or wet land.

In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 within a period of two months after notice to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
