Petitioner has approached this Court alleging harassment by the police. It is stated that the police was unnecessarily interfering in a civil dispute.
2.
Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the complaint came to be made by the 2nd respondent stating that the petitioner has violated an order of interim injunction. On enquiry, it was understood that the injunction was only regarding alienation of the property. Hence, the 2nd respondent was directed to approach the Civil Court for appropriate orders and the police had closed the complaint. In the light of the aforesaid factual situation, we do not think that there is any harassment by the police. Accordingly, we close the writ petition.
