JUDGMENT

The petitioner wants to settle the entire liability with the respondent Bank and seeks time upto 30.11.2015.

2. Learned standing counsel for the respondent Bank submits that total liability of the petitioner is more than Rs.12.5 lakhs. Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:

i. The petitioner shall remit Rs.50,000/- within one month and another sum of Rs.50,000/- in the succeeding month and discharge the balance entire liability on or before 30.11.2015.

ii. If the petitioner commits default in honouring the above direction, the Bank is free to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. iii. Coercive steps shall be deferred in tune with the above directions.
