JUDGMENT
The petitioner, challenging revenue recovery proceedings, has approached this Court. The revenue recovery proceedings are initiated at the instance of the respondent Bank. The only prayer of the petitioner is that she may be given an instalment facility to discharge the entire liability.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to discharge the entire liability in ten equal monthly instalments starting from 10.9.2015. If the petitioner commits default in remitting anyone of the instalments, the respondents are free to proceed against her in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
