JUDGMENT
The petitioner, challenging Revenue Recovery proceedings, has approached this Court. The fifth respondent has subscribed chitty with the first respondent and defaulted repayment. The petitioner claims that he is one of the co-owners of the property and he is prepared to discharge the entire liability to save the property. Considering the request as above, the petitioner is given four months time from today to discharge the entire liability on condition that he remits Rs.50,000/- within one month from today and another sum of Rs.50,000/- within two months thereon and the entire balance amount in the fourth month. If the petitioner fails to honour anyone of the above directions, the respondents are free to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
