JUDGMENT

When this matter was taken up for consideration on 26.2.2015 there was no representation for the petitioner. Same is the situation when this matter is taken up for consideration today. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in the light of the subsequent developments nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and virtually, the grievances of the respondents are redressed.
