J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has concededly received a sum of ` 12,05,310/- towards the amount due to him. The petitioner however contends that further amounts are due to him from the respondents. Such amounts are payable under HRA, CCA, Dearness Pay, Interim relief and Pay in the promoted post.

2. The petitioner is free to submit a detailed representation in this regard to the third respondent. Any representation filed within one month from today shall be dealt with by the third respondent within two months therefrom. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. The retiral benefits shall however be disbursed to the petitioner without delay.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
