JUDGMENT

The period availed as leave without allowance is sought to be reckoned for pension and other benefits. Ext.P3 memorandum issued by the first respondent in this regard is relied on by the petitioner. The petitioner has also submitted Ext.P4 representation with the first respondent. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation in the light of Ext.P3 memorandum. The needful shall be done with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months.
