JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is two fold and they are as under:

(i) Leave salary for the period from August 2006 to August 2014 has not been sanctioned or disbursed.

(ii) The arrears of emoluments pursuant to pay revision effected in the year 1997 has not hitherto been disbursed.

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation within a period of two months. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
