JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is two fold and they are as under:

(i) The Additional qualifying service of five years has not been granted as per the pay revision agreement of the year 2008.

(ii) The arrears pursuant to the revision of pay in the year 1997 has not been disbursed.

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P5 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation within a period of two months. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
