JUDGMENT

The petitioner has evidently not replaced the vehicle on the route within the time stipulated in Annexure A1 judgment [WP (C) No. 6689/2014]. Therefore no direction to consider Ext.P2 application for replacement filed out of time could be given in this writ petition. The remedy if any of the petitioner is to apply for enlargement of time in WP(C) No. 6689/2014. The Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner as above.
