J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection on the allegation that respondents 2 to 4 are obstructing him from constructing a compound wall for which he has valid permit.

The learned Government Pleader submits that no complaint has so far been filed by the petitioner before the police. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that police was informed about the actions of respondents 2 to 4, but no steps had been taken in the matter. Therefore he has approached this court.

Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, we are of the view that the petitioner has to file a complaint in writing regarding obstruction, if any, being created by respondents 2 to 4 before the 1st respondent and on receipt of the complaint to be

filed by the petitioner, 1st respondent shall look into the matter and do the needful.
