J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks allotment and distribution of a motor tricycle as a physically challenged person. The petitioner asserts that such allotment has not been made despite her name being found in the list of beneficiaries.

2. I permit the petitioner to make a motion in this regard to the first respondent. Any representation filed within one week from today shall be dealt with by the first respondent within two weeks therefrom. The petitioner as well as the second respondent shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
