JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner has reported that in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the second respondent, the issue espoused in the writ petition does not survive for further consideration. Accordingly, he has requested the Court to close the writ petition as infructuous. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court dismisses the writ petition as having become infructuous.
