J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who has been appointed to a regular vacancy of UPSA, is aggrieved by the denial of approval to the said appointment. In this connection, he has preferred Ext.P5 revision petition before the 3rd respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision petition expeditiously after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision petition preferred by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 3rd respondent for further action.
