J U D G M E N T
The writ petitioner seeks action on the Ext.P9 complaint made before the Sub Inspector of Police, Women Cell, Thrissur. Her grievance is that she was mandhandled by a Lineman of the Electrical Major Section, Nadathara, and her prayer in the complaint is essentially to reinstate her electricity connection. It deserves comments, that in the said complaint, she has arraigned so many persons as accused including all the Engineers of the Electrical Section and even an Advocate. It is not known what action the Police should take on the said complaint. This is a typical case where the writ jurisdiction is being misused. If the petitioner has any definite complaint against any definite person, and if she wants action by the Police under the Code of Criminal Procedure, she will have to make a proper complaint before the proper authority. Her grievance in this writ petition does not deserve any consideration. On the allegation that a Lineman assaulted her or disconnected
W.P (C) No.25928 of 2015 the electricity service to her residence, she brought complaint against all the Engineers and even against an Advocate. I restrain myself. Once more it is observed that if the petitioner is in any manner aggrieved by any act or conduct of anybody, and if such act or conduct constitutes any definite offence under the law, she will have to make a proper complaint.
With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
