JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take all the pleas or defence in A.R.C. No.207/2013/2014 pending before the learned Arbitrator.
Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court dismisses the writ petition as having been withdrawn. It is thus made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to get himself impleaded in the pending ARC proceedings and further prosecute the issue as is permissible by law.
