Ashok Bhushan, CJ.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. The petitioner claims to be the tenant of a premise, which belongs to the 3rd respondent. The petitioner's case is that an original suit has already been filed by the petitioner as O.S.No.347 of 2015 seeking for an injunction against forceful eviction, in which, notice has already been issued. The petitioner's allegation is that he is being called by the first respondent for vacating him from the house in question. 3.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the 3rd respondent, the petitioner was called over telephone only and after coming to know that an original suit was filed by the petitioner, which is pending, the complaint has been closed by the police authorities.

W.P.(C) No.26030 of 2015 -: 2 :- In the above view of the matter, we do not see any case of police harassment in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
