J U D G M E N T

The vehicle owned by the third respondent was leased to the petitioner. The vehicle is now in the possession of the third respondent for alleged violation of the terms of the lease.

2. The third respondent has applied for clearance certificate in respect of the vehicle. The petitioner has objected to the same by Ext.P6 representation. The Government Pleader submits that neither the petitioner nor the third respondent appeared for the hearing conducted.

3. The petitioner as well as the third respondent undertake to appear before the first respondent on 7.9.2015 at 11 a.m. The first respondent shall hear the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass final orders.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
