Aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of the petitioner on scale of pay basis with effect from the date of appointment, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 revision petition before the 1st respondent, and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing her, within a stipulated time frame.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
