J U D G M E N T

The petitioners, who were appointed as HSSTs in the St. Francis Higher Secondary School, are aggrieved by the denial of approval to the said appointment on the ground that there is a management dispute that is pending in connection with the management of the School. Aggrieved by the order denying approval, the petitioners have preferred Ext.P7 revision petition before the 1st respondent, and the limited prayer of the petitioners in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing them, within a stipulated time frame.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition

W.P.(C).No.26079/2015 with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision petition, after hearing the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall also produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent, for further action.
