J U D G M E N T

The petitioners, who were appointed as Lower Primary School Assistants, are aggrieved by the denial of approval to their appointments. In this connection, they have preferred Ext.P7 revision petition before the 1st respondent, and the limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision petition, expeditiously, after hearing them, within a stipulated time.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 revision petition, after hearing the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
