The petitioner approached this Court to obtain a water connection from the official respondents. It appears that the petitioner has attempted to lay pipe line through the path way. It is also submits that there is an injunction against the 4th respondent from civil court as per Ext.P4. According to the petitioner, the Water Authority will not grant water connection to him. 2.
If the petitioner otherwise satisfied with providing water connection, necessary action shall be taken by the 3rd respondent to provide water connection, notwithstanding any order passed by the civil court as against the 4th respondent.
