JUDGMENT
Aggrieved by the non-issue of temporary permit, the petitioner has come up before this Court.
2. The petitioner applied for temporary permit on the route between cheroor and Perla in the vacancy of stage carriage No.KL-14C/9568. The original bus is not operating and thereby there is temporary need warranting issue of temporary permit. On account of non-operation of the original permit, there is temporary need under Section 87
(1) of the Motor Vehicles At and there is warranting circumstances to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this Court.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of submission and the nature
WPC No.26131/2015 2 of relief sought for, the respondent is directed to issue positive orders granting permit within a period of one week, in the light of Ext.P2 judgment; if it is otherwise in order.
