Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

No notice is required to be issued to the 3rd respondent, in view of the order, which is being passed in the writ petition. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking police protection for construction of his residential house against the illegal threat and interference from the 3rd respondent and his men. The petitioner's case is that he is the owner of 5 cents of land and he obtained necessary building permit for the construction of the house. When the construction started, the 3rd respondent prevented the vehicles, which came to the property with building materials. The petitioner has filed a complaint before the police authorities on 28.7.2015.

The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instructions, submits that on receipt of the complaint, the 3rd respondent was called and warned not to interfere in the

W.P.(C) No.26155 of 2015 -: 2 :- construction of the residential house by the petitioner. It is submitted that, thereafter, no further interference is reported. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. We further observe that if there is any interference in the construction of the residential house by the petitioner, on the complaint of the petitioner, appropriate measures shall be taken by the police authorities.
