J U D G M E N T

This is a matter relating to the mysterious death of one Ganesh Nayak, who is the brother of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, no fruitful investigation is going on in the matter and so far the matter has not been unearthed. Presently, the District Police Chief, Kasargod has passed order dated 16.09.2015, thereby handing over the investigation with immediate effect to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kasargod.

Let us hope to have a fruitful investigation by the investigating officer. Presently, this Writ Petition is closed with

W.P.(C).No.26156 of 2015 liberty to the petitioner to move this Court at appropriate stage, in case of any further laches on the part of the investigating officer.
